Who doesn’t love Four Seasons hotels and resorts? They are known for their luxury and all-inclusive experiences, and the Bali resort at Sayan follows suit. This place is ridiculously beautiful! It is located in the village of Sayan which is about 5 kilometers west of the larger town of Ubud on the island of Bali in Indonesia.
I have had the privileged of staying here and also conducting two weddings at the resort. From private chefs to private butlers and the most breathtaking villas, this is definitely one of those “Ohhh Wow!” places for me.
Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan – Grounds, Amenities and Rooms
The resort sits among the most serene landscape and has a very zen-like ambiance and atmosphere. A suspension bridge allows you to walk among the treetops, the sounds of the river are serene and even the architecture and design elicit an incredibly tranquil feeling.
The entire resort is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and you can enjoy indoor and outdoor living via the rooms and villas.
Many rooms come with private meditation areas and outdoor living rooms that overlook the river and tropical gardens. Many also come with private plunge pools and you can choose between rooms with either two queen beds or one king-size bed with a trundle bed.
Each space is designed with teak furnishings and has a very modern, Balinese aesthetic. They’re filled with hand-loom fabrics and a lot of natural textures. You truly feel like you’re staying in a spa.
When I think of the perfect place to experience physical and inner healing or a place to begin to destress, process, and focus on your mental health, I think of the Four Seasons Bali at Sayan.
